We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to work with a high performing group of software engineers to help Mailchimp deliver a cohesive, differentiated customer experience on mailchimp.com. We design and build the infrastructure to support Marketing’s go-to-market campaign efforts globally, maintain the site’s performance, and identify site-wide opportunities to optimize journeys that help prospects & users accomplish their core tasks on the website.
In this position we seek someone excited to work with a dynamic, diverse group of engineers and managers who are all used to wearing multiple hats to get the job done. We seek someone comfortable with supporting requirement definition, continual prioritization, and the development of the operational processes supporting emerging technical and product capabilities to support our MarTech teams.
Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, comfortable managing a distributed team and leading with influence instead of relying on managerial authority. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and refine opportunities for solving partner needs. We’re looking for someone who has a desire to constantly improve things (processes and technology), and be willing to challenge the status quo when appropriate.
Intuit Mailchimp is a hybrid workplace, giving employees the opportunity to collaborate in person with team members in our Atlanta, GA office two or more days per week.

PLUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH

• Content Management Systems (CMS), Contentful would be A+, MarTech, Gen AI for marketing
• Leading a team of full stack engineers
• Implementing international solutions for your website, not limited to localization and personalization
  Mailchimp leaders are empathetic and drive equity and inclusivity in our space.
