Intuit’s Customer Success Team within the ProTax Group (PTG) is looking for an Experience Delivery Manager 2 to oversee the end-to-end experience of a high touch professional tax desktop product. We are looking for a strategic problem solver to drive results across Customer Success and external partners, to accelerate Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity around the world.
PTG Customer Success is transforming how we serve our customers through new business models, customer experience innovation, and operational excellence.
