• 15-18 years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field.
• 10+ years in managing UX/UI designers
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, Interaction (Master’s preferred). Alternatively, you are a Certified Usability Analyst(™).
• Demonstrable experience with application of user-centered design methodology (especially user-centered analysis, information architecture, task-flow design, usability testing)
