The Mgr, Access & Identity plays a pivotal role in overseeing application access provisioning activities across ACV systems. This position is accountable for ensuring timely and efficient system access that aligns with business needs while meticulously documenting the request and approval process. The Mgr, Access & Identity also designs and manages standardized access roles, defining clear permissions for different job functions. This involves maintaining role-based access control frameworks, ensuring accurate and regular access privilege reviews in line with evolving business needs and security standards. This role also collaborates closely with ACV business partners to define, manage, modify, monitor, and assess users’ application access in adherence to SOX guidelines and company procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Take ownership of the role-based access provisioning tool, oversee its functionality, and ensuring its alignment with access provisioning needs.
- Create strategic vision for Access Provisioning team.
- Identify and implement performance metrics, team goals and team objectives.
- Supervise the team that provides support to the maintenance and regular review of the access provisioning tool with system owners, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and optimal performance.
- Partner with IT and business to define and maintain the standardized Application Access Roles
- Apply approved access-provisioning requests promptly, managing additions, changes, or revocations of system access.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation for all system access requests, including user-request specifics and appropriate approvals from designated approvers.
- Enforce strict adherence to access-management policies and procedures, promptly escalating any issues or concerns to supervisors or the CIO.
- Exhibit a working understanding of system purposes and sensitive data points, escalating requests requiring senior leadership review.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot access issues, and ensure swift resolutions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
