We have an exciting career opportunity for a highly motivated Manager, Accounts Payable. In this role you will drive efficiency, accuracy and compliance while implementing innovative solutions to optimize accounts payable processes. Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to an amazing team of analysts, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to adapt to process changes and new technologies
- Support all AP related functions, focused on timely and accurate transaction processing and month end activities
- Ensure all AP processes comply with internal policies and external regulations, minimizing risk and creating accurate financial reporting
- Lead the implementation of a new AP system, analyzing existing workflows and implementing streamlined processes
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless adoption of new policies
- Prepare and present reports on AP performance reporting, including KPIs on efficiency, accuracy and cost management
- Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement within the team and the organization
