Description:

HOW YOU WILL CREATE IMPACT:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Local CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle incoming communications and requests, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the local CEO when appropriate.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and other documentation.
  • Assist in preparing for meetings, including preparing agendas, gathering materials, and taking minutes.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, including managing relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and other company activities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.

REQUIREMENTS

Nice to have:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) is a plus.
