Description:
HOW YOU WILL CREATE IMPACT:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Local CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle incoming communications and requests, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the local CEO when appropriate.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other documentation.
- Assist in preparing for meetings, including preparing agendas, gathering materials, and taking minutes.
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate office maintenance, including managing relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and other company activities.
- Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Nice to have:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) is a plus.
