The Manager, Administrative Services is responsible for leading a team of Administrative Professionals that support our colleagues and enable us deliver on our purpose, to help clients, colleagues, and communities thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Administrative Professionals (ICS) to ensure overall quality, consistency and efficiency of administrative support services provided to Partners/Principals, Managers & Accountants of all levels to meet the high standards of client service
  • Lives and leads with the Firm’s purpose and strategy at the forefront
  • Provide insight, feedback and trends to Regional Managers and assist with initiatives and strategies to deliver on the firm’s purpose
  • Develop and maintain high quality relationship with all team members, other Managers, Administration, Partner/Principal group and all other stakeholders
  • Collaborates with Partners and the other ICS team members to improve the internal and external client experience
  • Coach and develop Administrative Services team members by providing and overseeing ongoing confidence-building feedback, both verbal and written, conducting regular one-on-ones, as well as the leadership development for team members assigned to this position
  • Supervise Administrative Services team’s vacation, work schedules, and locations
  • Working with Regional Manager, P&C and Talent Attraction with recruiting, onboarding, and departures of team members
  • Manage the Administrative team’s needs and present issues to senior management as required
  • Assign, distribute, delegate work, and allocate job responsibilities evenly among team members and manage completion to ensure maximum efficiency in the offices
  • Work closely with the team members to complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner and with great attention to detail
  • Oversee the delivery and efficacy of the team’s training
  • Participate in cross functional projects such as office specific event planning, coordination for office and real estate support, training admin team members of newly integrated firms, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned
