Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Agro Division Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • To administer and be responsible for the pricing, sales, margin and inventory of the Agro department as part of the Service Center operations.
  • To be responsible for the administration of the Agro department.
  • To be responsible for daily planning and managing all Team Members in the Ag Department.
  • Provide leadership to the team, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training and development of team members.
  • To ensure all team members adhere to high standards in the areas of staff appearance and image checklist.
  • To ensure acceptable level of service is provided, staff attitude is appropriate and hassle-free guarantee program is followed.
  • Provide support, make recommendations and enforce operational execution.
  • To implement and enforce written performance expectations and operation standards.
  • Provide input into tactical planning and plan, monitor, and manage a variety of internal projects from initiation to completion.
  • Promote and ensure adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, safety, and asset protection.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships in the areas of service.
  • Increase customer profitability through planning and agronomy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
