We are seeking a Manager, Analyst Relations to join EPAM’s dynamic team. This role involves supporting the execution of our industry analyst relations program by driving positive coverage and strong positioning in competitive reports. The ideal candidate will act as a project manager for key analyst engagements, research agenda pipelines, track interactions, and deliver leadership reporting. Additionally, this individual will play a vital role in promoting results internally and externally, leveraging social media to amplify EPAM’s visibility and influence within the industry.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, business development, or related areas
- Strong knowledge of the analyst relations process; experience in analyst relations is a plus
- Superior project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with executive audiences
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in professional settings, including managing cross-functional teams
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within a highly matrixed, global organization
- Proven ability to perform under pressure, managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Executive presence and professional demeanor with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Adaptable, hardworking, and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
Responsibilities:
- Create internal communications and leadership reports
- Track analyst research publication timelines and event schedules
- Facilitate timely completion of analyst briefings and survey requests
- Collaborate with marketing, business, and strategy teams on report responses
- Provide insights to drive leadership positioning and competitive differentiation
- Manage client reference vetting processes and communication
- Ensure analysts understand EPAM’s offerings and differentiation
- Assist in developing and executing a proactive industry analyst relations plan in alignment with leadership objectives
- Ensure no material, non-public information about EPAM’s business is shared with industry analysts; implement proper non-disclosure agreements as needed during briefings and inquiries
