Our TELUS Small Medium Business (SMB) Growth team supports the fastest and largest growing business segment in the industry. We are a dynamic and passionate sales engine that works diligently with Small Business owners to build solutions tailored to their needs.
We are looking for you to join us as a Manager - Area Sales, you will lead a team of 10 dynamic outbound cold calling Account Specialists. This is an exciting and rewarding people leadership role, encompassing complete ownership of sales targets that are achieved through a high level of engagement and consistently hitting performance benchmarks. In this role, you will support the delivery of results and will be supported by a variety of highly engaged teams within the SMB team to help you and your team to achieve your goals.

Salary Range: $81,000-$121,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: $50,000-70,000

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
