JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Manager AS/IC – Central Region to lead a team of Application Specialists and Implementation Consultants. In this role, you’ll manage, train, and support the implementation of Sakura equipment across the Central Region, covering Germany with additional support to Poland and Austria. You’ll foster a collaborative team culture built on trust, accountability, and growth, utilizing Sakura Academy resources to drive ongoing team development.
For this position we are looking for someone in the central region, preferably you are based in Germany (our office is in Umkirch), but this is not a demand since this is a hybrid position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate, prioritize, and mentor a team of Application Specialists and Implementation Consultants.
- Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to improve application and implementation processes and optimize user training.
- Execute local Customer Support strategies in alignment with European goals, in close cooperation with the Regional Customer Support Manager.
- Stay updated on Sakura product developments, improvements, and relevant regulations, ensuring smooth integration into local practices.
- Oversee complaint management to provide effective and timely resolutions.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration across all stakeholders.
- Set and achieve personal and team objectives for the fiscal year.
- Maintain timely and thorough reporting standards.
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects.
