Description:

Family Group: Administration
You will assist to manage the delivery of hospital-defined strategic goals and initiatives in the areas of surgical care though administration of collaborations, clinical operations support, service contract and project management activities including planning and integration of care and coordination. The effort will also align with MOH’s and NHG’s plans to integrate health and care provisions.
You may be required to lead, guide, and have management oversight over ground operations and support staff. You will drive/lead process improvements and continuous improvements in service quality level to ensure delivery of an efficient operations and process flow for patient care journey. In addition, as the Reporting Officer of the assigned unit’s operational and administrative team, you are required to have oversight on general administration and HR matters pertaining to the unit.
Partnering with clinical leads, you will drive and effect patient centric initiatives across clinical disciplines and non-clinical departments through the implementation of strategic plans, undertake key development projects, and formulate business proposals for cost-effective and sustainable value-based care models, including performance management of key indicators and embracing key success factors. You have proven leadership qualities and management competency to drive and coordinate the broad spectrum of assigned units’ operations in alignment with the hospital’s strategic directions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A good degree in any discipline with at least 10-15 years of relevant working experience. Exposure to, or experience in healthcare financial, practical knowledge or ownership of hospital operations, and project management carry added advantages.
  • Fluent in English and a have a flair for numbers.
  • Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Driven, passionate and service oriented.
  • A system level thinking mindset and confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.
