JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist managers in sales, purchase and logistic to ensure the company’s operations.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and other routine documents;
- Process incoming and outgoing emails, and answer phone calls and inquiries;
- File and maintain records and confidential documents;
- Assist director to organize meetings and make travel arrangements;
- Assist director and other managers to deal with external suppliers and customers;
- Assist director to handle matters in recruitment and human resources.
