HOW TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE? SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• You have bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Training, or the equivalent;
• You have at least 8 years, including the design and deployment of a communication strategy and training content
• You have experience leading a team and your leadership style is collaborative, empowering and kind;
• You have a hands-on approach to crafting messages, presentations, training as well as a strategic mindset to create change and work towards a long-term vision for ethics & compliance at Bombardier;
• You have an good understanding of ethics & compliance principles and practices (an asset);
• You have an understanding of the key principles of strong change management;
• You have experience in a head office of a large multinational company;
• You have demonstrated initiative as well as excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
• You have proven ability to coach executives, provide candid counsel and act as a trusted advisor;
• You have experience dealing with large-scale change in a matrixed environment;
• You have excellent spoken and written communications skills in English and French;
• You have amazing Microsoft Office skills (bonus points if you love PowerPoint);
• You have a strategic mindset, you’re energized by change and driven by results and you’re proactive, solution-driven, and detail-oriented;
• You have an aptitude for technology and online tools.
