REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Finance preferred
• 5 or more years in Human Resources with a background in EAP, child care, or related services
• Strong vendor management experience including an understanding of childcare program delivery
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and people skills
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills Strong project management and analytical skills

  The base pay for this position is $95,000.00 – $190,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted

• Position reports directly to the Director, Benefits
• Responsible for planning, implementing, administrating, and communicating Early Discoveries on-site childcare center for 800+ Abbott and AbbVie children from infants through 12 years old.
• Oversight of 2 direct, and over 120+ indirect, contract reports through Early Discoveries.
• Leads the following programs: Care.com, Adoption Assistance, Foster Care Assistance, U.S. Childcare Center Discount Programs, TutorMe, Long-Term Care Insurance for 36,000 + domestic employees and their families.
• Supports Abbott’s work/life initiatives, best places to work submissions, and Diversity & Inclusion Employee Networks.
• Regularly conducts peer and marketplace benchmarking related to family care and family care related time off programming.
• Internal and external marketing of benefit programs and services in collaboration with HR Communications and Public Affairs.
• Direct and indirect budget responsibility of $9.2MM
