As a Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis you will work in a central team which designs, improves and orchestrates all planning and forecasting activities within the Business Finance Organisation for the B2C segment in the Zalando Group. This position demands strong communication and collaboration skills, analytical capabilities, a drive for process excellence as well as a passion to continuously improve the way Zalando works. It is a central position in a high-impact team with direct influence on the day-to-day rhythm of Zalando’s core consumer business ensuring its continued success.

• You’ll be a key contributor of the central B2C FP&A team working with stakeholders across finance and other parts of the organization to create a consolidated view and holistic understanding of the full P&L, including insights in all areas of the business.
• Your analyses will inform and strengthen top management decisions by providing a high degree of financial transparency and insights.
• You’ll craft executive summaries, business reviews and cross-level planning meetings with timely and accurate analyses.
• You’ll help to manage financial risk, raise flags when you expect deviations to plan and provide improvement suggestions.
• You are one of the key partners in managing, transforming and improving the financial planning processes and setting up an industry leading financial forecast process that manages complexity while delivering strong forecast accuracy.
