MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years marketing experience, ideally within the Sports Industry for a minimum of 2 years
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Retail, Digital or relevant work experience

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR ORGANIZATION

  • The European Football Business Unit is seeking a motivated, forward-thinking, organized multi-tasker to build and execute impactful omnichannel communication and activation plans to accomplish strategic brand and commercial objectives in a constantly evolving marketing landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the creation of the overall Europe Business Unit Game Plan (Seasonal, Annual and Strategic Business Plan)
  • Input into the creation of the Europe Brand Calendar, championing a consumer-centric omnichannel point of view
  • Support the efficient allocation of flexible marketing budget across countries and the marketing mix
  • Manage the creation of insight-driven annual brand marketing and seasonal activation plans that land the Global Brand priorities in the European marketplace and significantly improve brand KPIs
  • Drive the integration of strategic Wholesale accounts, leading Sports Marketing partners (Athletes, Clubs, Federations & Governing Bodies) and Direct-to-Consumer channels in the planning process
  • Contribute to and execute the interaction model with European countries to execute plans, deliver brand marketing tools, gather feedback and input and approve execution plans
  • Responsible to execute the interaction model with European WHS accounts to execute plans, deliver brand marketing tools, gather feedback and input and approve execution plans
  • Ensure the effective omnichannel usage of brand marketing tools across Direct-to-Consumer, on- and offline retail, paid media, owned, earned, and partner publishing channels
  • Ensure execution excellence of seasonal activation plans in European countries by reporting on their performance against the objectives in the annual brand marketing plan and impact on overall business KPIs
  • Conceptualize, plan and execute content productions for European priority activations based on Global guidelines
  • Input into the Global Business Unit to ensure brand marketing tools are optimized to meet the needs of European countries and augment if required
