Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about guiding marketing programming alongside our third-party brands? As the Manager of Brand Marketing, you will lead the marketing relationship between Sephora and the brands in your category portfolio! Your role includes working in partnership with internal teams and external brands, applying marketing strategies and the brand’s business objectives to grow Sephora’s brands with a primary focus on media!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop a keen understanding of Sephora’s integrated marketing capability and business priorities while building the Brand Marketing service model in Canada
  • Advise brands on how to prioritize their marketing resources to deliver optimal results while using omni-channel marketing levers; create go-to-market launch plans for our biggest brand and product launches
  • Foster strong partnership marketing programs, securing brand participation and co-op funding
  • Build and maintain annual brand activation calendars while collaborating with vehicle owners and brand partners; lead brand plan execution with excellence, ensuring timely delivery of activation requirements
  • Analyze and interpret co-op program investments, providing insightful recommendations while handling co-op budgets, tracking costs, and collections
  • Identify brand opportunities and build the case for marketing investment support
  • Build and collaborate with US and Canadian partners and teams cross-functionally to share learning and ensure a consistent brand service experience
