JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations of the Group’s Brand & Ad Tracking program including day-to-day agency management and co-ordination across both brand tracking and pre-testing suppliers.
  • Support the evolution of the Brand & Ad Tracking program as required including responsibility for vendor assessment and selection.
  • Participate in (lead or support) all ad hoc market research conducted in VoC, I&R that has a brand focus.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on brand and ad tracking data to support business decisions that relate to brand and advertising issues.
  • Participate in (lead or support) other functions that sit within VoC, I&R as agreed depending on capabilities and team needs.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key Brand & Advertising stakeholders, including Brands, Marketing & Media, Sponsorship and Go To Market teams.
