Overview
The GBSC Strategy Enablement & Transformation team is composed of strong contributors with leadership abilities, consulting mindsets, and strong management skills.
The group acts as an internal consultant supporting the Global Business Services Organization which today supports four primary functions: Finance, People & Capability, Law, Franchise & Integrity and Sales & Marketing.
The Manager, Business Analysis role will be within the Global Business Services Center (GBSC) and focuses on metrics, data, and management reporting. The role supports the gathering, compiling, analyzing, and storytelling of various metrics and data points from across the GBSC.
The qualified candidate will be a member of a highly visible team working closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to develop, create, manage, and communicate regular management reporting including monthly operational reviews, overall performance stories, and other highly visible reports.
This position requires a highly collaborative individual with strong analytical and organizational skills, with keen storytelling abilities to bring together many performance metrics and data points into a cohesive performance narrative for leadership and stakeholders to consume.

Role

  • Compiling, organizing, normalizing, and preparing data to create regular management reporting for operations and internal stakeholders.
  • Using reporting tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and an understanding of data collection/sampling techniques to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
  • Performing analysis on data and measurement systems to confirm accuracy and assess the quality and meaning of results.
  • Visualizing data and telling the performance story for diverse audiences up to executive leadership

All About You

  • Must be fluent in English - written and verbal
  • Highly skilled with data visualization and Power Point
  • Background in Business Management, Operations Management, and/or Project Management with focus on communicating and reporting performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, Tableau
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with superiors, peers, and stakeholders.
  • Professional services or consulting experience a plus
