Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar relevant field
- Sales and/or recruitment management background with demonstrated success
- Experience in managing sales targets, overseeing sales budgets, and conducting forecasting
- Competence in analyzing market trends, sales metrics, and competitor activities
- Proven experience delivering results and motivating a team to overachieve
- Familiarity with sales technology and CRM systems
