Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar relevant field
  • Sales and/or recruitment management background with demonstrated success
  • Experience in managing sales targets, overseeing sales budgets, and conducting forecasting
  • Competence in analyzing market trends, sales metrics, and competitor activities
  • Proven experience delivering results and motivating a team to overachieve
  • Familiarity with sales technology and CRM systems
