Description:
This position is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of MEMS’ daily operations, leveraging data analytics to drive informed business decisions and overall operational efficiency. This role supports the Vice President, Business Operations and provides critical insights to enhance profitability and streamline processes. The Business Operations Manager will be expected to analyze operational data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for process improvements.

- Ability to work with technical and operations teams and lead discussions about system implementation.
- Thorough knowledge of the relevant legislation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee supply chain management, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Utilize analytics to provide insights that guide business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall effectiveness.
- Assess the financial viability of equipment rental agreements and operational strategies. Determine cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability margins to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial outcomes, and strategic recommendations to the VP, Business Operations and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with other functional groups to gather data, share insights, and align strategies across the organization. Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency in decision-making.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to analytics team members, promoting professional development and a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in business analytics, and technological advancements. Recommend and implement tools and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.
