We are seeking an individual to join the Business Planning team, that functions as a CEO Office at GoNetZero™.Your ability to diagnose problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives to completion sets you apart.

REQUIREMENTS

• Past experience as a Chief of Staff in a fast-scaling company ideal

• Proven experience in change management and driving organizational transformation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels

• Support cross-functional alignment between teams to drive continuous improvement and change management across the organisation

• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains

• Collaborate with the leadership team and/or specific departments to develop strategic initiatives aimed at addressing identified challenges and maximizing opportunities

• Act as a project management lead for specific strategic projects and initiatives across cross-functional teams and ensure implementation aligns with the company’sobjectives and timelines

• Provide the Head, Business Planning with support on internal systems and processes, business reviews, and relevant stakeholder communications as needed
