REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in the Fintech Industry
  • 2-3 years of experience leading a BSA team
  • Extensive experience in business systems analysis
  • Basic knowledge in API, relational databases, and SDCL
  • Strong analytical capabilities are required along with a strong focus on attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good interpersonal and team skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Strong organization skills capable of multitasking and the ability to deliver high quality work under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Work collectively with business to articulate business requirements into system requirements
  • Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities along with a strong focus on attention to detail
  • Show expertise in gap analysis and potential risks/issues on projects, enhancements and initiatives
  • Responsible and accountable for the business requirements/specifications to be complete, precise, correct and consistent
  • Ensure project and BSA processes adheres to the standard framework and documentation is maintained appropriately
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams, to understand business requirements, processes, and objectives. Analyze and translate these requirements into actional plans and functional specifications
  • Help with creation of flow diagrams and stories
  • Identify opportunities for business/technical process improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall operational efficiency to drive productivity and effectiveness
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership for the team, and assist in resource recruitment and provide input into team member performance and development plans
  • Champions a high-performance environment
