POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Manager, Business Systems will lead the configuration, management, and improvement of our Salesforce platform and other business applications within RQI Partners. In this role, you will drive business process re-engineering and manage the functional and technical salesforce team to align our CRM strategy with business goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing Salesforce environments, including direct experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Einstein AI, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Technologies: Proficient with Pardot, lead-to-cash processes, and Salesforce integration techniques.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent professional certification.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and dynamic business conditions. Experience in leading, motivating, and mentoring team of functional and technical resources.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong capability in strategic planning and execution, with a proven track record of translating business needs into technology roadmaps that align with company strategies and priorities.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and participate actively in industry groups. Resilient and adaptable in navigating complex policies and organizational dynamics.
  • Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of data analytics and experience with tools such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Salesforce Support: Experience managing Salesforce Jira tickets and sprints. Familiarity with Salesforce support and training methodologies.

DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

  • Experience with other enterprise systems (ERP, Financial, Analytical tools) is a plus
  • Experience with data analysis and migration projects
    The estimated annual base salary for this position is $115,000 to $120,000. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Configuration and Management: Oversee the configuration, management, and routine update of Salesforce systems, including CPQ, Einstien AI, and integration with external applications using middleware or REST APIs. Responsible for hands-on development and customization using Lightning Web Components, CPQ, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage Salesforce-related projects, Jira tickets, and sprints. Lead a team of functional and technical resources, providing guidance, motivation, and direction to ensure project alignment with business requirements. Drive business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and manage the application roadmap, aligning with long-term business strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. Build and maintain relationships with business partners and consulting vendors.
  • Innovation and Strategy: Identify and integrate innovations and trends into business strategies, driving growth and market differentiation. Manage the Salesforce application roadmap and prioritize projects in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Integration and Data Management: Design and implement integrations with external applications using middleware and REST APIs. Manage data extraction, migration, quality, and integrity processes. Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for optimized data management.
  • Analytics and Decision Support: Utilize analytical tools like Tableau and Power BI to create data-driven insights, supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
  • Support and Maintenance: Manage day-to-day Salesforce support, ensuring system performance and user satisfaction. Oversee the operation of the Jira and Fresh Service ticketing systems for ongoing Salesforce support and sprint management. Lead the QA and UAT cycle for each sprint.
