  • Experience and Expertise: Proven experience in clinical or non-clinical pharmacy services, policy development, process improvement, and managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of medication management systems, contemporary pharmaceutical practices, and relevant government policies and regulations.
  • Team and Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, foster collaboration, and lead teams effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Are you ready to take the lead in shaping innovative business systems and driving excellence in pharmacy services? As the Manager, Business Systems at SA Pharmacy, you will provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise to develop and implement corporate plans, strategies, and specialist services that enhance pharmacy practice across the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN). You’ll play a pivotal role in advancing service configuration, infrastructure, and contemporary practices, including pharmacy automation and electronic medication management systems, ensuring safe and cost-effective care for patients. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you’ll guide workforce, financial, and capital changes to support evolving service needs.
In this dynamic role, you’ll also deliver orientation, education, and training to foster a skilled and innovative workforce, ensuring SA Pharmacy remains at the forefront of evidence-based practices. Working closely with the Director and Associate Director of Pharmacy, you’ll oversee policy analysis, relationship management, and the implementation of strategies that drive optimal health outcomes.
