Responsibilities:
THE ROLE YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
The manager of campus space planning and construction management oversees planning, design, and construction activities related to alterations, renovations, reconfigurations, system upgrades, and other various campus initiatives. This position is responsible for managing multiple corporate campus initiatives according to strict quality standards, deadlines, and within budget, while maintaining high levels of safety and customer satisfaction. The position works directly with senior leadership to develop space planning and construction/reconfiguration management strategies for the realization of the goals and objectives set forth by the corporate campus position control and space governance committee. Character traits include strong communication skills, problem solver, commitment to deliver results, multi-tasker, strategic planner, excellent collaborator, and team player with a positive “can do” attitude.
