Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team efficiently in supervising all aspects of carpark systems and support, including reconciliation of seasons / hourly payments, budgeting, arrears management, and reporting.
  • Liaise regularly with the Operations team, relevant authorities, and tenants to handle their requirements effectively.
  • Manage vendors / service providers well to achieve service excellence.
  • Maintain proper documentation of work processes; Monitor and maintain all assets under inventory and control, as well as maintenance contracts and agreements.
  • Perform systems audit and ensure technical team comply with company policies and contractual terms.
  • Manage budgeting and conduct cost reviews for carpark related expenses.
  • Constantly evaluate new technologies, processes and upgrading of equipment for implementation to continuously improve Car Park Management Control Services and Systems for all existing and potential new sites.
  • Prepare and present analysis and forecast reports in monthly operations management meeting.

Pre-requisites:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business / Building / Estate Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, of which relevant carpark operation and staff management
  • Prior experience in IT network, systems administration, project management will be advantageous.
  • Exposure to service &/or facilities management industry is preferred.
  • Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with proven people management skill
  • Process driven and proficient in project scheduling tools.
  • Excellent presentation and organization skills
