We offer the full spectrum of restructuring services from business performance improvement and value creation through to stress, distress and insolvency offerings. Our advisory practice consists of CFO advisory, sports advisory, value creation, M&A, transaction services, valuations, debt advisory, tax, forensic accounting and e-discovery services.
We help our clients create, defend, preserve, sustain and grow value through the cycle. We work with businesses and their stakeholders across all areas of the market, from regional SMEs all the way up to large, complex multi-national organisations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Our ‘all hands-on-deck’ approach and a high-performing culture, means that successful applicants will be required to:

  • Be responsible for analysis and development of recommendations, at times overseeing and coaching junior team members conducting analysis and reviewing their outputs.
  • At times, be responsible for the delivery of workstreams with oversight and support from senior, experienced individuals.
  • Support production of deliverables and reports for review by senior team leaders, and support presentation and ongoing communications with clients.
  • Support business development activity by driving forward research and analysis to support opportunity development and conversion.
  • Continuously identify areas for self-development and action plans to continue professional development.
  • At times, be flexible to support both business and client’s needs, working together to ‘get the job done’ and also travelling within Ireland and abroad, when required.
  • Lead by example, living our Interpath values and promoting an inclusive and diverse team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5 -7 years post-degree experience in management consulting, advisory, or financial services.
  • Chartered Accountancy, or other similar professional qualification, preferred, but not required.
  • Experience of leading a team of junior & senior associates.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take the lead and run with assignments.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, specifically a hypothesis driven approach to tackling complex problems.
  • Alteryx, PowerBi, Qlik, or other Data & Analytics experience is preferred, but not required
