Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci or similar as acknowledged by ACMP ) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience leading enterprise change initiatives and 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Licensure/Certification: Change Management practitioner certification preferred (Prosci or similar as acknowledged by ACMP)
• Additional Skills (required):
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align development initiatives with business objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
• Strong leader that can inspire and motivate others to achieve results.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment and drive for results within the organization.
