REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience shaping, leading and delivering change and transformation programmes and projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex transformation projects from inception to completion.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of best practice in change and transformation implementations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimisation.
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Proven experience managing the development of proposals and RFP responses .
  • Experience managing and coaching multiple teams across projects and programmes.
  • Qualifications in project management or change management e.g. Agile PM, CIPD and PRINCE2.
  • Flexible to travel to client site when required.
  • Desire and openness to work across different sectors and project types
  • Desire and openness to continue developing and to develop others
  • Passion for IT and digital trends

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Manager, you will cover both strategy development and programme management responsibilities. You will be the driving force behind our most complex and high-profile projects using your background and consulting track record of leading and delivering management consultancy projects, building strong, long-lasting relationships, driving new business, and developing people. You will help our clients understand the value of our products and services, helping them to define change and transformation programmes to implement strategic initiatives and optimise business performance and efficiency.
You will be expected to lead and execute key deliverables across your accounts, and be comfortable identifying, shaping and developing new opportunities on your account and through your network as a trusted advisor. You will participate in different analysis, design and solutioning workshops, and prepare strategic written analyses, reports and presentations for clients and third parties. You will be expected to manage and develop teams and contribute to internal projects to drive company goals. Full support from Senior Directors will be given to help progress your career and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, lead and deliver change and transformation programmes and projects.
  • Work with C-Suite clients to identify opportunities and shape projects which align to their organisational objectives.
  • Lead others to define project scopes and user requirements.
  • Write/review business cases.
  • Hold teams to project plans and reporting on project performance.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and collaboration in executing projects.
  • Lead and motivate a team and developing capability in your direct reports.
  • Tailor Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches to manage project delivery.
  • Manage and build day-to-day client relationships, and identify, shape and develop new opportunities on your account and through your network.
  • Work practically to identify the ‘critical path’ as well as the longer-term dependencies and potential blockers to problems.
  • Support internal organisational initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage, develop and coach Analysts, Consultant and Senior Consultants.
