Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE: MANAGER, CHANNEL PARTNERSHIPS (CANADA)

As the remote Manager of Channel Partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and managing relationships with key partners. This is not just about managing existing relationships; you will be the key driver, nurturing partnerships and ensuring that sales teams and managers across these organizations are equipped, motivated, and confident in referring clients to DataCandy. You’ll help them unlock growth by integrating our solutions and building a seamless customer experience.
You won’t just be a liaison—you’ll be an advocate, a strategist, and the go-to person for these partnerships, bringing DataCandy’s innovative solutions to the forefront. Your ability to foster strong connections will directly contribute to driving lead generation and sales for both our partners and DataCandy.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE SPECIAL?

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Channel Partner Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key partners, including some of Canada’s largest banks and technology companies such as Moneris, TD, and Squirrel POS, to drive lead generation and sales. Serve as the main point of contact for these partners, helping them understand and implement DataCandy’s solutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide partners with the tools, resources, and support needed to confidently refer leads and drive sales. Deliver training sessions and sales tools to enhance their engagement.
  • Sales Incentives Management: Design and manage partner sales incentives to motivate and reward successful referrals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance, ensuring alignment with sales targets, and provide feedback to optimize results.
  • Co-Marketing and Engagement: Collaborate with marketing to create tailored email blasts, sales tools, and case studies to support partner activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from partners to improve our programs and ensure they’re meeting the needs of all stakeholders.
