The Practice Manager II provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations within Providence Medical Group (PMG). May oversee multiple clinics and/or departments. The Practice Manager II works with PMG clinic leadership to develop organizational goals and strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Practice Manager II’s hired after 12/1/2016 are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Upon hire: ANCC approved certification
• 2 years of practice management experience highly preferred
• 2 years of experience in ambulatory or inpatient healthcare operations preferred.
