Description:

The successful candidate will join the Pricing and Commercial Strategy team. The key accountability will be to support the Partner and Redistribution Commercial Strategy deal forum and frameworks that improves our revenue growth opportunity and retention across all business lines/products and ensuring that the business and sales operates within a standard set of terms, at different strategic and operational levels. Supporting the sales organization in structuring non-standard partner deals within our business risk tolerance in a strategic manner is the key focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Member of the Deal Forums team which include Partners, Artificial Intelligence Strategy Forum and Outsource Service Provider Forum
  • Focus will be on the Asia and European time zones
  • Collaborating with team members to improve the overall process, removing manual processes where able and training global teams.
  • Backup resource to own the Deal Forum and execution process with the expectation to own a regional Deal Forum when ready
  • Working with non-standard deal terms, balancing the risk verse reward and articulating the commercial terms under which we are willing to contract
  • Supporting the operational process criteria for execution of deals approved at the PRDF
  • Supporting the communication process and execution across the organization
