Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Manager, Commercial Strategy & Projects - Quick Commerce (all genders) to join the Quick Commerce Local Shops team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences

Our team takes global ownership of all commercial topics related to our marketplace business, which delivers groceries and everything else customers want from their favorite stores. At the same time we make sure that we have a happy and engaged partner base.

  • As part of our central commercial team, you will play a key role in continuously advancing our strategic thinking around our customer offer for our local shops / marketplace business
  • You will be responsible for various initiatives around incubating our next vertical
  • You work closely with regional and country leadership teams in defining best practices, establishing global processes, and driving commercial performance
  • You will also collaborate cross-functionally in order to develop and rollout tech and data science solutions to support our region and country teams as well as our partners
  • You support in providing senior management with regular business and project updates

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You gained at least 4 years of professional experience (not counting internships), preferably with first experience in leading a team or cross-functional
  • You have a curious mind and enjoy learning about our businesses in different parts of the globe and building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
  • You possess a hands-on mentality and outstanding logical and analytical thinking skills, as well as high attention to detail
  • You are highly motivated and communicative, very energetic and independent in handling business challenges
  • You have a humble attitude and are open to learn, but also enjoy coaching team members and sharing learnings & best practices
  • You possess a strong project management toolkit, i.e. developing business cases / pragmatic quantifications, project planning, and preparing findings via presentations
  • You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
