We’re looking to add a Manager (Compensation & Benefits) in Singapore. The position will be based in our corporate office in AMK.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Business or related disciplines
  • 8 to 10 years’ relevant C&B experience from MNC or high-tech manufacturing industry.
  • CCP / GRP is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is a requisite; Power BI and design thinking is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proven ability to exercise independent judgment and work independently.
  • Proficient in job evaluation methodologies (i.e. Mercer, Willis Towers Watson) and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors system will be an added advantage.
  • Good presentation, influencing skills.
  • Organizational agility to collaborate and connect across regions and functions, and across HR teams and COE areas.
  • Familiar with APAC compensation and benefits laws and regulations, experience in managing Europe and US markets a plus.
  • Prior experience in a medium to large matrix organization, and managing stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds is a distinct advantage.
  • Positive, can-do, mature attitude. Hands-on and able to work under tight deadlines and challenging environments. Able to switch between high level concept thinking to implementable actions.
  • Self-driven contributor, who is excited by new challenges. Resourceful, creative, and able to think out of the box.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading and management of C&B programs such as annual pay review cycle, survey submissions, insurance renewals, benefits reviews to ensure market competitiveness and relevancy.
  • C&B Partner with a customer-centric mindset to internal stakeholders in guidance of C&B solutions based on remit in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage job evaluation, job hierarchy, and market benchmarking in accordance to company set principles.
  • Develop, track, and maintain meaningful data analytics for decision making and review.
  • Develop and deliver C&B communication materials and review its effectiveness to ensure the value of C&B programs are effectively communicated to support the purported intent.
  • Monitor, review technology / operational interfaces that support self-service or automation which adds value and continuous improvement.
  • Manage programs for cost optimization and relevancy.
  • Contribute thought leadership on special projects.
  • Manage mobility framework to ensure compliance.
  • Representative for ESG related matters.
  • Market monitoring of market/legislative trends and to share information with HR community/ business of potential implications as well as recommend innovative rewards practices to provide a competitive edge to the business.
  • May act as a mentor to junior team member
