Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a strategic leader to play a pivotal role in driving the overall strategy and execution of a consumer strategy for GreenShield by defining and implementing innovative strategies aimed at creating new products and services, enhancing loyalty and consumer impact, and driving the overall business forward.
You will act as the central point, coordinating with various teams to oversee the entire development process, from the initial concept to the build and launch of new consumer-focused products, services, partnerships and overall experiences. You will work with the product, technology, regulatory, marketing, and other cross-functional teams on research, concept definition, user experience, product requirements & build, and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate has shown success in building consumer products and services, possesses a deep understanding of developing and validating digital health products, has hands-on experience with loyalty mechanics and customer engagement strategies, and demonstrates a deep passion for driving change in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead strategic initiatives to accelerate our customer transformation, drive business growth, and deepen our engagement with consumers.
  • Spearhead consumer research initiatives to discern emerging trends, untapped needs, and opportunities to better cater to various consumer segments.
  • Identify pivotal growth strategies, understand their evolution over time, and oversee their implementation.
  • Foster strong collaboration across departments, including product, marketing, legal & regulatory, data and technology, to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic goals.
  • Scout, establish and manage a broad range of external partnerships.
  • Implement a robust performance measurement framework to track the progress of strategic initiatives.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators and strategy updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
