YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in business administration, economics, or equivalent
  • First professional experience within controlling
  • Profound knowledge of controlling-related IT applications (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
  • Project management skills are a plus
  • Excellent analytical as well as communication and presentation skills
  • Openness to other cultures, preferable international experience during education or professional life
  • Performance-focused and collaborative personality with strong “can do” attitude
  • Fluent English language skills
    The position can be carried out 70% part-time or full time (37.5h / week).

Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the controlling of cost categories on a global level
  • Develop concepts and implement processes and tools to advance the cost category controlling at Henkel
  • Support and drive the group-wide incentive controlling
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and support the senior management as well as the controlling community
  • Coordinate the annual deferred budgeting process
  • Contribute to global projects
  • Collaborate in a divers and international team with opportunities for personal and professional development
