MANAGER, CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT - WORK FROM HOME

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer engagement role with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Proven expertise in creating effective service and retention strategies.
  • Experience working with the 2SLGBTQI+ community is considered an asset;
    Corporate engagement, relationship management, stakeholder communication, customer retention, partnership development, strategic planning, team collaboration, program implementation, performance tracking, client satisfaction, brand growth, cross-functional coordination, event planning, business development, problem-solving, conflict resolution, key account management, service delivery, customer insights, organizational growth.

    Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out various initiatives to support and involve corporate members, meeting or surpassing established goals while expanding brand visibility.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, assisting them in achieving their program goals and aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Identify and resolve challenges while managing daily operations to ensure seamless workflows, foster a positive and empowering workplace culture, and help achieve CGLCC program outcomes.
