MANAGER, CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT - WORK FROM HOME

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer engagement role with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Proven expertise in creating effective service and retention strategies.
- Experience working with the 2SLGBTQI+ community is considered an asset;

Responsibilities:
- Carry out various initiatives to support and involve corporate members, meeting or surpassing established goals while expanding brand visibility.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, assisting them in achieving their program goals and aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Identify and resolve challenges while managing daily operations to ensure seamless workflows, foster a positive and empowering workplace culture, and help achieve CGLCC program outcomes.
