In order to support our expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing a complex and diversified portfolio of clients with all aspects of company legislation
  • Providing and ensuring good governance on our clients’ structures
  • Reviewing and commenting legal documentation prepared by third parties
  • Organization and attendance to board/shareholders meetings, including preparation / review of minutes and follow-up on action points
  • Monitoring statutory and legal deadlines for our clients, as well supervision of legal files maintenance
  • Coordination with third parties and building relationships
  • Ensuring proper communication within the business lines and other internal departments
  • Coordination and supervision of the senior and junior officers and operating a quality review of work performed and workload

Your profile:

  • You successfully passed a master’s degree in law or Business Administration or Economics
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a trust company in Luxembourg in a similar position
  • You have good knowledge of the Luxembourg corporate law
  • You have managed a team and you are able to motivate and coach team members
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You demonstrate excellent organisational skills and ability to work under time pressure
  • You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
  • You demonstrate tact and diplomacy, observing confidentiality at all times
  • You are dedicated to work and appreciate working in a fast-growing environment
  • You are dynamic, open-minded, flexible, impacting and business-oriented
  • You demonstrate extraordinary commitment to provide excellent service through self-initiative and team spirit
