As our new Manager Corporate Sustainability (m/f/d) at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies and activities in sustainability management, human rights, and other Environmental-Social-Governance (ESG) topics.
This position is ideal for graduates and young professionals eager to make a meaningful impact by driving sustainable practices within our company and across our value chain.
This temporary parental leave cover can be full-time or part-time (minimum 25 hours/week), with your workplace located either at our HQ in Einbeck or at our Berlin site.

Responsibilities:
- Work as Human Rights Officer at KWS (German Supply Chain Act). Tasks include coordinating and monitoring the due diligence tasks of various departments, regularly adapting the Human Rights Policy and internal procedures, as well as reporting and implementing new legal requirements (LkSG and CSDDD requirements)
- Coordinate our GHG Scope 3 Corporate Footprint Project as project lead
- Integration of ESG standards into business operations and the supply chain including the establishment of appropriate internal guidelines or Group standards
- Active participation in industry initiatives and networks e.g., UNGP to share best sustainability practices and learn from others
- Establishing, monitoring and reporting on sustainability performance and progress, both internally and externally
