WHO WE ARE

When it comes to health, we’re always looking for ways to push for better. It’s why we were founded in the first place. In 1957, our founder, pharmacist William Wilkinson, witnessed a mother sacrifice her health by forgoing her own medicine to pay for her sick daughter’s prescription. He knew there had to be a better way. So, he introduced North America’s first prepaid drug plan, and GreenShield was born as a not-for-profit with a mission to support better health for all Canadians.
We aren’t just a health and benefits company. We’re the only not-for-profit social enterprise that brings worlds of coverage and care together, all in one place.

CSV DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT (65%)

• Lead the implementation of tactical plans and budgets for CSV projects, ensuring alignment with overall business and health equity objectives.
• Scale and integrate new products and services into enterprise technology and operations, to address unmet health needs of equity-seeking communities.
• Oversee the day-to-day execution of CSV programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and health equity targets. Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful program outcomes.

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

The Manager, Creating Shared Value (CSV), is a key role in supporting the Director of CSV in advancing strategic initiatives and ensuring the alignment of business and social impact. This individual will manage specific CSV initiatives and activities, working across departments and teams to execute operational plans that drive meaningful, sustainable change for the benefit of both the organization and the community.
