CSV DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT (65%)
- Lead the implementation of tactical plans and budgets for CSV projects, ensuring alignment with overall business and health equity objectives.
- Scale and integrate new products and services into enterprise technology and operations, to address unmet health needs of equity-seeking communities.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of CSV programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and health equity targets. Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful program outcomes.

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
The Manager, Creating Shared Value (CSV), is a key role in supporting the Director of CSV in advancing strategic initiatives and ensuring the alignment of business and social impact. This individual will manage specific CSV initiatives and activities, working across departments and teams to execute operational plans that drive meaningful, sustainable change for the benefit of both the organization and the community.
