Description:
SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL:
- Manage team to drive positive cash flow and minimize bad debts.
- Manage all aspects of team’s performance and individual associate performance.
- Ensure delivery of business results by meeting or exceeding SLAs.
- Continuously evaluate all credit and collections processes to mitigate corporate risk and report on all potential corporate exposures due to receivables issues.
- Direct communication with all customer types for collection/negotiation purposes.
- Direct communication with internal partners including Sales, Business Development, Customer Care, Customer Maintenance and IT.Ability to work with direct reports to create career development plans by identifying and documenting appropriate career and skill development goals, milestones, and measures.
Responsibilities:
As the Manager of Credit & collections, this role is a centralized service and critical to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Credit & Collection Organization and will be instrumental in the successful sustainability of our future growth. The main functions of this position include oversight and continuous improvement of the Credit & Collections function, including the management of company risks and exposures.
