REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with a degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field is strongly recommended.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable.
Experience:
- 5+ years managing end user computing operations and engineering in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing rules, and quoting processes.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and Clari, with experience integrating these tools with Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform, related systems and tools.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce CPQ to streamline the quoting process and improve sales efficiency.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Clari, and other systems with Salesforce to enhance data accuracy, sales productivity, and forecasting capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce development team, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes, integrations, and configurations.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Salesforce tools.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful implementation and support of integrated solutions.
- Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
This individual may manage a team of business operations professionals, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer.
