Job Description
We’re looking for you to join our Operations Delivery Team, limited until 31.12.2025.
Tasks
- Your role is to create, implement & test multi-channel CRM campaigns (mainly email, but also push & in-product notifications (IPN)) to drive customer engagement - execution is done in close coordination with the Customer Engagement, Performance & Planning teams
- In addition to creating, testing & executing customer campaigns of all formats (email, push, IPN) for commercial activities such as winback, retention, upselling, mitigation, you’ll work closely with all teams involved (Customer Engagement, Planning & Performance, Operations) to ensure effective capacity planning, on-time delivery & quality
- In close collaboration with the WOW Customer Engagement team, you’ll help develop & implement the optimization plan for customer communication - this may include performance analysis, variant testing & regular campaign evaluation/analysis to derive strategic recommendations for action & forecasting
- Contribute to ensuring email delivery & use of data is compliant with all relevant regulations, ensuring quality, accuracy & consistency with WOW brand guidelines & tone of voice
- You’ll be a key contributor to customer & business focus, working closely with other members of the WOW Ops team & the wider WOW team
- As a communicative interface, you coordinate with colleagues from Operations, the WOW business, the Group / GSP product teams (especially the Martech product team) & commercial partners
Requirements
- You’ve a university degree in marketing, communications or business & some professional experience in CRM, marketing or business intelligence
- Through your professional experience, you’ve acquired good knowledge of campaign management & campaign implementation as well as experience in typical implementation tools (e.g. Braze and Salesforce)
- In addition to your positive attitude & hands-on mentality, you’re characterized above all by your ability to work excellently with broader teams even under time pressure and your good eye for detail - which puts quality & customer orientation in the foreground
- Working independently and recognizing mistakes in the German language are a matter of course for you
- You’ve already had your first points of contact with the implementation of optimization measures & the evaluation of campaign performance in particular
- Good written & spoken English skills round off your profile
