We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Manager Customer Centricity and Business Development for our CESE: Central & Southern European Cluster (f/m/d). This is a one year time limited contract. An extension is possible.
The position can be carried out from anywhere in Germany- ideally from Erlensee the CESE Headquarters.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in aligning our strategies with our customers’ needs and leading initiatives that drive performance and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Align and prepare content for the Freight Management Board and follow-up Senior Management content with the CEO and Function Heads
- Plan, organize, and conduct management events for the CESE cluster, while managing the CESE CEO office agenda
- Prepare townhall decks in collaboration with country teams.
- Oversee the implementation of our new strategy, including Spotlight Calls, Action Trackers, Expert Groups, and our customer centricity dashboard
- Drive customer service performance and productivity, manage reporting, and lead the Customer Service community for the CESE cluster
- Manage customer feedback tools, lead the customer feedback community for the CESE cluster and support customer service processes (Surveys and NPA).
- Create actionable insights from feedback tools and coordinate follow-up actions
