We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager of Customer Marketing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated marketers and play a key role in driving our customer-focused marketing initiatives. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing marketing strategies that prioritize the needs and satisfaction of our customers. EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years proven experience in customer marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role required.
• Experience in retaining marketing teams and driving customer-centric initiatives in diagnostics or healthcare strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
• Proficiency in marketing technologies and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools, CMS) strongly preferred.
• Experience in clinician engagement preferred.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% including occasional weekends and international travel.
• Demonstrate leadership providing clarity in goals, expectations and priorities while fostering open and clear communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Customer-centric approach, crafting strategic multi-channel solutions.
• Phenomenal teammate adept at cross-functional collaboration.
