Description:
ProSlide is a leading innovator in the amusement park industry, dedicated to creating thrilling and safe waterslide experiences. We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager of Customer Service Support to provide technical leadership and time management supervision to our Customer Service team. This role will mentor and lead our team of Product Engineering Support Technicians and Regional Customer Service Management representatives for commissioned attractions and after sales technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
- Technical aptitude in understanding mechanicals, and electrical control systems. An asset would be that the candidate has formal training in this area, however a combination of hands-on work experience and education is considered acceptable.
- Professional development courses or accreditation in the Customer Service profession.
- 5 to 10 years of experience working in a similar role and environment.
- Ability to interpret drawings in SolidWorks and Electrical Schematics.
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing principles, change management, planning, procurement, and product development stage gate process.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Knowledge of PLM systems for the management of the overall product lifecycle – from concept to product family obsolesces.
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
- Strong project management skills in a technical environment.
- Effective client communications during challenging field issues.
- Ability to work independently, often under pressure and against deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment.
- Problem solution attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
