QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics).
• Demonstrated ability in machine learning, NLP, and Generative AI, with a demonstrated ability to handle projects from inception to completion.
• Proven expertise in applying deep learning and NLP techniques to solve complex problems, with a portfolio of projects that have delivered tangible business outcomes.
• Good understanding of state-of-art ML and deep learning techniques including transformers, BERT, auto-regressive language models, and other un-supervised learning techniques in NLP
• Experience with working with large language models such as chatGPT, Llama, PaLM, Bard, Bloom, Vicuna, Mistral, etc.
• Solid understanding of agile project management principles, with experience leading teams and handling projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative and analytical approach to tackling challenges and driving results.

• Lead the design and development of NLP and Generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability across the organization.
