As a Manager Data Science, you will lead a team of Data Scientists to design and develop diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions to complex business problems. You will focus on creating advanced machine learning models and statistical techniques to uncover patterns, predict future trends, and provide actionable recommendations. You will provide the team with ongoing guidance and mentorship. We will trust you to,

• Work in partnership with RACQ business areas to identify and implement opportunities to leverage data to enhance product and operational strategy.
• Provide expert advice and services as a trusted business partner, ensuring the delivery of quality solutions and the strengthening of relationships.
• Build, lead, and manage a productive team of Data Scientists.
• Regularly review and refine analytics processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Develop analytic solutions to reduce costs, increase revenue resilience, mitigate business risks, and optimise processes.
• Plan and execute relevant analytics tasks, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner
